Our teaching is greatly inspired by the teaching of Guruji Sharath Jois. Āsana is the tool, the threshold, the gateway to self-knowledge, self-realization and self-empowerment. The ultimate empowerment where one leaves a toxic ‘I-notion’, ego, a side. Parampara is the relationship of Guru Śiśya, Teacher Student, over a period of time. We honored Parampara what would be exactly 10 years on February 2025. May our teachings honor him.
